Mike Dailly has put together a quick demo for the ZX Spectrum Next, showing what can be achieved using Copper. For those of you that have maybe never heard of ‘Copper’, it’s a display list processor. Most famously known and used on the Commodore Amiga, and uses very little CPU overhead. Below you will see a short video showing a new Shadow of the Beast demo running on the ZX Spectrum Next! Here we can see what you can really achieve using some of the boards extra features. Very interesting stuff, if you are one of those people who would like go a step further than regular Z80 coding.
